Custom Shipping Boxes with Tear-Off Strips
No one enjoys wrestling with packing tape — and your customers shouldn't have to. These corrugated shipping boxes come with a built-in tear strip that opens clean in one pull. No knives, no scissors, no ripped fingernails.
The strip is embedded between the linerboards during production, so it won't snap halfway or peel off in transit. Once torn, the box can't be closed back up without leaving a mark — your customers can see at a glance that their order hasn't been tampered with.
We make these in kraft or white-top corrugated, E-flute through BC double wall, depending on how heavy your product is. Every box is cut to your exact size and ships flat, so you save on both freight and warehouse space.
Sizes are fully custom — give us your product dimensions and we'll build the box around them. Printing is just as flexible: add your logo, brand colors, patterns, or full-coverage artwork in CMYK offset so your packaging looks like yours, not a generic brown box.
