These are the boxes that move product by the pallet, not by the unit. Standard RSC-style corrugated cartons, cut to your exact dimensions, printed with your company name and handling marks. No premium finishes, no magnetic closures — just heavy-duty board that stacks high, ships flat, and costs what industrial packaging should cost.
The material is single-wall or double-wall kraft corrugated, with flute profiles chosen by what you're packing and how it's moving. Lightweight SKUs go B-flute; medium bulk gets C-flute; fragile or heavy loads run BC double-wall. All of it comes flat on pallets — a thousand cartons takes up about as much warehouse space as a single assembled stack.
Printing is simple: one or two colors in black, white, or a single PMS spot on the exterior panels. Logo on the front, product code on the side, handling instructions and recycling marks where needed. It's not about looking pretty — it's about being legible on a warehouse shelf from twenty feet away.
