The entire box is clear, so the product is visible from every angle, and your graphics are printed straight onto the plastic. The structure is a one-piece die-cut folding box in clear PET. Panels are pre-creased and fold up without glue, closing with a tuck-top flap that folds over and tucks into the back of the box. Internal dimensions are cut to your product — a stack of art cards or stickers, a figurine, a keychain, a boxed set — and a die-cut card base can be added if the contents need to sit level or be held in place. Light, rigid enough to hold its shape on a counter, and shipped flat to keep freight and storage costs down.
The print is where the design lives. Graphics are applied directly to the clear surface in opaque ink — screen printing or UV digital — so artwork and type read crisply against transparency, and the product shows through the unprinted areas. The palette is yours: a minimal black-and-red character illustration and bold title, or a full-colour range. Motifs, auspicious wording, bilingual copy, logo lockup, and print coverage are all produced to your files, so one design system can run across a whole collection of products and sizes.
